We have too many bookshelves and even more books. While I love the balanced arrangements of books and decorative items, there never seems to be enough space.
Throughout the year, I rearrange favourite spots around the house and the garden. It makes for rewarding spring cleaning. Outdoor furniture sometimes give a fresh perspective to the indoors. Many a time, the rearrangement is borne out of necessity or inspired by a new addition to the household.
The girls' friends, bff and all come over for study time, jamming sessions or simple play time.
Making sure they stay outdoors makes for snappier clean-up, more space, easier monitoring and we still maintain some form of peace and calm for the adults.
BBQs are the easiest and as the girls get older, more and more BBQs come along.
